A: We’re insured, bonded, and authorized to do business as a pre-arranged transportation company. There’s nothing more important to us than getting you to your destination safely.

A: You can book online at www.atcmco.com We also accept reservations by phone at 407-851-2625 and by email at info@atcmco.com.

A: Yes, you will get a full, detailed confirmation email with the description of your reservation immediately.

A: You have the flexibility to cancel your service at your convenience. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund, minus a 3% Credit Card fee if you paid using a credit card.

A: No. Our prices include airport fees, tolls and port fees. The price we quote upon booking is the price you pay. A gratuity for driver is not required, but it is appreciated for good service.

A: Our rates are per group family. We do not offer shared shuttle. Service will be 100% PRIVATE

 
  • A: It depends on your party size, we do have the following vehicle schedule:
  • Luxury Sedans for up to 3 people (Cadillac, Lincoln, Chrysler 300
  • Minivans or SUV up to 6 passengers
  • Sprinter up to 10 passengers
  • Sprinter up to 14 passengers
  • Ford E-450 Minibuses up to 25 passengers 
  • Mini Coach 34 & 40 passengers

A: We offer a meet and greet service at the baggage claim area as part of our standard service. However, for rides to Port Canaveral, we can streamline the process by following the driver`s instructions and meeting at the Ground Transportation level, which ensures a smoother experience and saves time. Thanks to our system, you will be in contact with your driver a day before your scheduled ride, allowing for seamless communication 24 hours in advance.

A: Our service operates exclusively for you. When you reserve a ride, your group will be the sole passengers on board.

A: 100 % YES. We understand that weather can cause last-minute changes. Just contact us as soon as you know about the change and we’ll make sure you get a full refund, , minus a 3% Credit Card fee if you paid using a credit card.
